Aldridge

Thursday, April 20th, 2006

Strange entry here but I just tried to find this site by seraching for Aldridge (my local town) and didn’t get a result so I thought I’d have to do something about it. I also had a query from someone who had seen this site and asked me if there was anythig I could do to help with his site about Aldridge so I thought I’d post this bit on nonsense to help Google out a bit. It all helps in my World Domination Plans.

World Domination - Break the monopoly

Thursday, April 13th, 2006

It is painfully apparent that my plans for world domination are progressing slowly at present. The reason for this is obvious, I have no chance of attaining such dizy heights until I can topple the great monopoly. As it stands Micro$oft (and Bill Gates in particular) are the current leaders in the World domination stakes.

It is my aim to stop this by first getting the world to use the best, fastest, most secure browser in the world. You can download it at the top of this page.

Next I intend educating the world about OpenOffice.org which is a free, complete office suite which is in direct competition with Micro$oft Office.

More Later. BWAHAHAHAHA!!!

Aldridge Tavern Website

Wednesday, April 12th, 2006

Aldridge Tavern Website I have been a bit busy again. This is another site I designed for another friend who runs his own pub.

The site is powered by WordPress and when the theme is sorted out will have a forum powered by phpBB.

The Aldridge Tavern is aiming to be the premier live music event in the West Midlands. There is a live band on every Friday evening.

Jam night on Mondays allows budding musicians to play on a stage in front of a live audience (and quite often accompanied by some excellent professional musicians like Terry Hill who is the lead guitarist for the Eagles tribute band The Long Run and also the Who tribute band My Generation. Amps, PAs & Drums are all supplied so participants only need to bring themselves and their guitars / drum sticks.

Acoustic jam night (also known as Jam night Unplugged) is a new (and very popular) weekly event held on Sunday evenings but unlike the Monday night this is a more relaxed, quiet affair with, as the title suggests only accoustic instruments allowed.

My world domination plans are now moving at a pace with another site to utilise, (and more under construction) BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
