New Server
Ok I’ve gone and bought myself a new server 
(a second hand Cobalt RaQ4 for anyone who’s interested) so there may be some interruptions to normal service as I migrate my sites over to it.
I did hint a while ago that I was going to migrate this site over to wordpress and being pre-occupied with world domination I didn’t get around to it. Well that was a HUGE mistake as I found out recently when I found 800 spam comments, this was not a real problem until I found that after deleting the said spam I had also inadvertantly deleted the most recent genuine comments.
Anyway I digress, back to the new server. I have to install MySQL and other bits an pieces first but then I am going to migrate this site first, but this time I am also migrating to wordpress to stop the spam. When that is complete and I know it’s working properly then I will start migrating other sites as and when I have the time.
To all of my loyal, readers prepare yourself for a new look world domination site as I will also be changing the theme and adding some yummy new features (all to be revealed in the near future).

Since you are on WP now… go download Akismet for your spam problems. I use it and none get through. One page and one delete button and all gone. Your regular comments will get through and not lost!

@ Phoenix: It’s good to be back. Especially with my own secure server & Wordpress. Also I was in the process of installing SK2 when you commented.

Oh, I LOVE WP!!!! It’s so easy to play with and the available plug ins and scripts rock! Even a moron like me can understand most of them!
