Thursday 13 (25-01-2007)
13 reasons Scouser hasn’t done a Thursday 13 for months.
- Work, lots of new things happening, release of new games consoles means new products, which in turn means lots of extra work
- Illness, since June I have had a major flu virus at least 3 times.
- Christmas, we went away for Christmas & I didn’t really have time to access a net terminal.
- Designing sites for a couple of bands.
- Spam - Using textpattern I found I became a major target for the comment spammers.
- Re-design this site, new theme and transport it over to wordpress.
- Configure my new server, learn how to use it and then test it with some unimportant stuff prior to transferring everything over.
- Transporting all my sites from my old server to my new one.
- Blogshares. I spent far too much time playing at this. I feel now that I have over $1.4 trillion the fascination has worn off
- Family and other real life matters.
- Lack of imagination and planning. I blame this on work.
- World Domination plans keep getting in the way. Every time I wanted to post a TT something happened around the world that needed my attention. You just can’t get good reliable henchmen nowadays.
- And finally just plain laziness.

Spammers are the pits, been noticing a huge increase in the amount trying to get by Spam Karma lately.

World Domination is always a great reason for slacking on TT’s though I was more intrigued by all the new games, since I havent gotten the new consoles yet

I hope that you are done with the flu stuff and are feeling better.
Spammers hit my blog starting on 12 Jan. I had over 300 comments posted all through my blog going back sporadically hitting posts as far back as June. I was livid. It took a long time to delete all that unwanted spam. I can’t understand why someone would do that. People don’t even read old posts.

Those are all great reasons for not blogging, I mean, world domination needs a lot of preperation and concentration. Not just anyone can become the leader of a great nation, right? :S
